Purposes of the data processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- granting access to the BMC Moerdijk website;
- making use of the functionalities on our website;
- entering into and executing agreements relating to the provision of our services;
- contacting you if you have requested it;
- managing client relationships and communicating about our services or products purchased by you, and similar services and products;
We will not process personal data for other purposes, unless you have given your prior consent for this purpose or we are required or permitted to do so by law.
We will not provide to other parties the personal or other data you provide, unless this is necessary for the execution of the agreement or to comply with a statutory obligation.
We take appropriate security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to your personal data. For example, we ensure that only the necessary people have access to your data, that access to the data is shielded, and that our security measures are checked regularly.
Cookies are small information files that, when visiting a website, can be automatically stored on or read off the visitor’s device (such as a PC, tablet, or smartphone). This is done via the web browser on the device.

Which cookies do we ask your permission for?

We have no control over these third parties and how they handle your data.

Enabling and disabling cookies
